Expose a hosting option in the Rive UI — not yet exposed (M1 §3).

  • Add Host button to Rive login canvas — add a Host option to the Rive-driven login canvas alongside the existing Start/Client flow.
  • Wire Rive hostClicked to StartAsHost — blocked by "Add Host button to Rive login canvas" and "Implement StartAsHost/StartAsClient split" (see "Add optional host/listen-server mode").
